Here is Daniel Fay Hunt Jr, who came as a young boy with his family from Vermont to settle in the wilds of Western New York. With him is an image of his wife, Tryphosa Greenman, known by family members as "Phosa"

The images below are taken from the Lewis Family Book by Barbara Thesing of California. Her family has a set of letters and documents handed down through generations of the Lewis Family which contains information on the Hunts. Mrs. Thesing's work also includes research on the Hunt , Lewis, Grow, and other families.
