| This photograph is copied from a real photo postcard taken around 1921. It shows Elnora Hunt Allen on the left, with her son Leon Allen seated to the right. Between them is Leon's granddaughter, Margaret Allen (Cook). The photograph was taken during a visit to the Allen home on Pearl Street in Medina. Margaret (my Mother) would in later life remember her great grandmother as a very "proper" woman who always wore a high collar on her dress. |
