According to Mom, this photograph was taken on a street in Harrisburg. The little girl in the picture is Michelle Herrmann, oldest daughter of Gail Cook Herrmann. The older man was identified as her Grandfather Herrmann. The two boys are her uncles - the older is Andy Cook and the younger is Tom Cook.
